- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The Dr. himself is very friendly and helpful. He has a great sense of humor as is an obvious jokester. But having to go through his rude assistance is just not worth it to me. There are two receptionists, and only one of them is rude. The receptionist sitting in the back is very nice and helpful. The one directly in the front is just flat out rude and seems to have nothing but bad days. Kind of seems like she feels she's too good for the patience and sees herself on a higher level. She barley even made eye contact. The nurse that helped me had a very heavy accent and was difficult to understand her. She was very short with me. I even made a couple jokes and either she didn't get them, didn't hear me, or just flat out didn't care. I have never in my life dealt with such a rude nurse. She would cut me off in the middle of me answering a question and too didn't even make eye contact with me. She just picked up on a phone call that I made 5 minutes ago and again was very rude. Placing me on hold and really not even caring about my concerns. Just seems like most of the staff there just don't enjoy their days. I don't think I will be returning here.
